Such a special session.

Kristen has been my best friend since high school. And like most teenage girls, we dreamed about our future husbands and always talked about what it would be like when we're both married. Planning that we would live close, have babies the same age and that as they grow up, our children will of course be best friends...because we are. Isn't that how it works? 

Well, now I am married and she is engaged to Mark, who I very much approve of. They make the perfect couple in every way. You can see their beautiful love for each other captured in these pictures, along with how much fun they have when they're together. I am SO excited for their wedding in August and very blessed to be a part of it.

Congratulations Mark and Kristen! I treasure the memories we've made, and look forward to making many more.

And yes, Kristen and I still plan on forcing our kids to be BFF's ;)
