Ashley & Brett | NYC Wedding

Ashley and Brett met on the very first day of college and instantly clicked. It was obvious they were meant to be together, especially after they were cast as husband and wife in their college musical! How fitting they get to live out those roles after having the most beautiful wedding in NYC, where they are now both actors, living their dream together.

Their wedding took place at Le Parker Meridien. Ashley and the girls were getting ready in one of the gorgeous suites, all wearing their cute matching robes. Michelle from True Butterfleyes yet again did a fabulous job on their make-up, and everyone's hair looked exceptional thanks to Joseph Borokhov from NY Curly Bride. When Maria Nino from MC Nino Designs brought in the flowers, I couldn't get enough of the perfectly placed hydrangeas in each bouquet. They smelled amazing! Brett and his best man were in a room just a few floors down, getting ready to meet us in Central Park for pictures before the ceremony. He was blindfolded and led through the park by his sisters so that he wouldn't catch a glimpse of his gorgeous bride! As you can imagine, we had quite the crowd of onlookers, giggling and 'awwing' as Brett and Ashley took pictures together without seeing each other.

After their beautiful and intimate ceremony, we headed up to the Estrela Penthouse where the reception would take place. This room has floor to ceiling windows with a breathtaking view of Central Park and the Manhattan Skyline. There's even an outdoor terrace that is perfect for pictures. I think every guest's mouth dropped when they walked into the room! Every single detail was perfect, from the amazing centerpieces to the stunning cake that Lauri Ditunno from Cake Alchemy designed. As if all that wasn't enough, Ashley and Brett sang and recorded the song for their first dance. And the dance, of course, was choreographed beautifully. Carol Moore from A Starry Night Music immediately got the party started and had everyone on the dance floor. It was a wonderful day from start to finish and I was so honored to be a part of it.

Congratulations Ashley and Brett!
