After what seemed like forever, I finally got to shoot a wedding! It was such a beautiful, sweet day.
Melissa and Tyler had planned a big farm wedding, but as you know we've all had to make some big changes recently due to Covid19. Rather than postpone until next year, they decided to have a much smaller event at their home, and I think I was their 25th person! They knew that even though their wedding day wasn't what they originally planned, they wanted to make it as special as possible and still have beautiful photos to remember it by. I am so glad they felt that way, as it was absolutely lovely and I felt so blessed to be a part of it!
They had a sweet ceremony and backyard celebration with their very nearest and dearest around them. Melissa's best friend officiated the wedding, parents were in the bridal party, and we got to take photos with all their beloved rescue pets! Scroll down for a most hysterical attempt at photos with their goat, adorable pics with their dogs and some gorgeous shots with their horse! I loved strolling around their property for photos! So many great little spots, and since they own their own tree felling business, we had to stop for some photos in the wood pile! :)
Melissa looked absolutely stunning, and when you see the look on Tyler's face when he first saw her I guarantee you can't help but smile.
Melissa and Tyler, I am so happy that I was able to be a part of your most important day. Seeing your faces, hearing your stories throughout the day, and being there to capture them made me love what I do even more. Wishing you a lifetime of happiness.
